Requirements to Apply

We’re looking for Ambassadors who:

• Are fluent in English and the native language of the region you're applying to, with business-level proficiency in written and spoken communication.

• Have a strong understanding of PancakeSwap, DeFi, and community-building.

• Are proactive, reliable, and passionate about organizing events.

• Have excellent communication and leadership skills to engage, inspire, and grow local communities.
