Job Description: We're on the hunt for a talented and passionate Social Media & Content Manager to join our PancakeSwap team. You’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, managing PancakeSwap’s social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and our Blog while shaping our voice in the fast-paced DeFi space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage PancakeSwap’s social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and our Blog to make sure the content stays true to our brand voice and engages the community.

• Create fun, creative, and impactful content for our audience—think degen memes, community highlights, and educational resources.

• Create simple and clear tutorial guides, both written and video, to help users understand how to use PancakeSwap products

• Manage the social media content calendar to keep things timely, relevant, and consistent across all platforms.

• Keep PancakeSwap’s voice active across social media, responding to user comments and conversations in a way that’s fun, friendly, and professional.

• Work with the product marketing, community, and product teams to run social media campaigns for product launches, announcements, and feature updates.

• Write engaging educational content for the PancakeSwap Academy blog, covering hot topics, new features, and trends in the DeFi world.

• Keep your finger on the pulse of the DeFi space, making sure PancakeSwap’s voice resonates with crypto enthusiasts.

• Develop and implement content strategies, making sure everything is optimized for SEO and designed to keep audiences engaged.

• Create and execute SEO strategies to increase visibility and reach across PancakeSwap’s digital presence.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a solid background in fast-moving, dynamic environments.

• At least 1 year of experience, specifically in DeFi social media marketing.

• Strong understanding of DEX (Decentralized Exchange) products—understanding how they work and what makes PancakeSwap stand out.

• Exceptional written communication skills (business-level English and a second language).

• Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).

• Proven experience with SEO strategy and content optimization for search engines.

• Passion for and deep understanding of the DeFi and crypto industry.

• The ability to create content that speaks directly to a crypto-native audience.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry (we love the hustle!).

• Thrive in a “DeGen mode” marketing environment—living and breathing DeFi content and knowing what clicks with the community.

• Ability to collaborate closely with various teams (community, product marketing, etc.) to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals.
