# Motion / Interaction Designer

### **General Information**

* Salary range: Competitive, negotiable

* Location: Remote

### Roles & Responsibilities:

* Create compelling interaction designs and videos for products, tutorials, and marketing purposes, delivering engaging motion experiences for a diverse DeFi audience. (in both 2D or 3D motion effects)
* Develop interactive elements to enhance seamless user interactions, including motion graphics and interactive icons.
* Collaborate effectively with marketing, product operations, and business development teams to drive design initiatives and maintain a cohesive brand vision.
* Take ownership of motion design, from storyboard collaboration with the marketing team, to post-production of the visual effects; ensure alignment with project goals and deliver high-quality results.
* Stay informed about industry trends to keep designs innovative and relevant.

### Requirements

* Strong audience- and content-focused mindset.
* Standard verbal and written English skills.
* Skilled in motion design tools such as After Effects, 3D design tools, or AI-based tools. Experience with Figma.
* Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience as a Motion Designer.

### Nice to have:

* Familiarity with fintech apps, PancakeSwap products, or experience in the crypto/Web3 space.
* Previous experience working in distributed teams.
