**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing product strategies that enhance user experience and drive growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and community to ensure the successful launch and ongoing improvement of our products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Product Strategy:** Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company’s goals.
* **Market Research:** Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
* **Collaboration:** Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment.
* **User-Centric Design:** Advocate for user experience by incorporating user feedback and usability testing into product development.
* **Performance Metrics:** Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.
* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with marketing and community teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure product adoption.
* **Continuous Improvement:** Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and market trends.

**Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the blockchain and Defi fintech space.
* Strong understanding of DeFi concepts, cryptocurrency markets, and decentralized applications and smart contract
* Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
* Passion for blockchain technology and a keen interest in emerging trends in the crypto space.
