Job Description:

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with expertise in crypto media, PR, and events management. You’ll act as a bridge between PancakeSwap and the broader market - shaping our brand narrative, landing top-tier media coverage, and leading activations at major global crypto events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing activations at major global crypto events and conferences.

• Pitch and secure coverage with top-tier crypto media outlets for product launches, announcements, and thought leadership stories.

• Collaborate with social, content, and design teams to ensure consistent branding and maximize the impact of all media and event initiatives.

• Track media coverage, monitor performance metrics, and report on PR and event activities.

• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, events organizers, and key opinion leaders in the DeFi and broader Web3 ecosystem.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in PR and events marketing, within crypto, DeFi, or Web3

• Proven experience organizing and executing high-impact brand activations at industry events

• Demonstrated success in pitching stories and securing coverage with crypto media outlets

• Strong content writing skills for brand communications and media materials

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for events

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment
