Community Manager (CN)

We are looking for an experienced, Chinese-speaking Community Manager to activate, engage, and grow the PancakeSwap community. The ideal candidate has experience in Chinese-language crypto communities, understands DeFi communities and users, and has a proven track record of growing and activating communities in the region.
Responsibilities:
Activate and grow PancakeSwap’s Chinese-speaking communities through organic and community initiatives
Represent PancakeSwap as a spokesperson across Chinese-speaking community channels, discussions, AMAs, and advocates for our products, brand, and ecosystem
Plan and execute Chinese-language community campaigns, AMAs, online initiatives, and local community meetups with clear growth and engagement outcomes
Build and maintain relationships with crypto projects, communities, and ecosystem partners to increase community activation
Manage PancakeSwap’s ambassadors and ambassador program for Chinese-speaking markets to support the community user, content, and regional events initiatives
Act as a bridge between PancakeSwap’s Chinese-speaking community and internal teams, relaying community and product feedback to drive PancakeSwap’s growth and success
Identify, engage, and collaborate with Chinese-speaking community content creators and influencers to produce relevant, high-quality content in the community
Track community performance and provide weekly reports on activities, engagement metrics, sentiment, and actionable insights
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a community manager in the DeFi or crypto space
Language: Native Proficiency in Chinese required, working proficiency in English.
Understanding of Chinese-speaking crypto communities, DeFi, and community growth
Excellent Chinese written and verbal communication skills
Experience with community platforms and tools on Discord, Telegram, X, etc.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
