# Community Manager * Position: Full-time * Location: Remote * Timezone: UTC+8 We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to activate, engage, and grow the PancakeSwap community. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of DeFi communities and a proven track record in community management and growth. ### **Responsibilities:** * Grow PancakeSwap's presence via organic and community efforts * Represent PancakeSwap as a spokesperson in community channels (Discord, Telegram, X, community spaces, AMAs), actively advocates for our products, brand, and ecosystem * Plan and execute regional meetups, AMAs, community events and initiatives with clear growth outcomes and results * Actively explore and coordinate joint efforts with relevant crypto projects and communities to increase community activations * Manage PancakeSwap's ambassador program to support PancakeSwap's presence across community channels, content, and local community events * Act as a bridge between the PancakeSwap community and internal teams, relaying community and product feedback to drive PancakeSwap's growth and success * Identify and engage with community content creators and influencers to produce relevant and engaging content aligned with PancakeSwap's brand and goals * Provide weekly reports on activities, metrics, and community feedback ### **Requirements** * 2+ years of experience as a community manager in the DeFi or crypto space * Language: Fluent in English.
