# Giao dịch vĩnh cửu là gì?

### **Hợp Đồng Vĩnh Viễn là gì?**

Hợp đồng vĩnh viễn (perpetuals), hoán đổi vĩnh viễn (perpetual swaps), hay perps là một loại hợp đồng tương lai đặc biệt không có ngày hết hạn.

Giao dịch hợp đồng tương lai cho phép người dùng vào vị thế trên ký quỹ (đòn bẩy) sử dụng vốn vay để tối ưu hóa vốn. Sử dụng đòn bẩy cho phép người dùng vào vị thế với kích thước lớn hơn số dư tài khoản của họ. Ví dụ, người dùng có thể sử dụng đòn bẩy 10× và giao dịch 100 CAKE với giá của 10 CAKE — trong trường hợp này, ký quỹ ban đầu sẽ là 10 CAKE, được sử dụng làm tài sản thế chấp cho vị thế sử dụng đòn bẩy.

Ngoài đòn bẩy, hợp đồng tương lai còn mở ra khả năng giao dịch theo cả hai hướng — mua (long) và bán (short). Hợp đồng vĩnh viễn không hết hạn và cho phép người nắm giữ giao dịch hành động giá của tài sản cơ sở mà không cần sở hữu nó.
