### 1. **투표권 (변경됨)**

* **모든 CAKE 보유자는 직접 투표권을 가집니다.**
* **투표권은 스냅샷 시점에 지갑 주소에 보유한 CAKE 수량과 직접 대응합니다**
  * **1 CAKE = 1 투표권**
  * **시럽 풀에 스테이킹된 CAKE는 투표권에 포함되지 않습니다**. 스냅샷 시점에 지갑 잔액의 일부가 아니기 때문입니다.
  * 스냅샷 잔액 = 제안이 게시된 동일한 블록
* **위임은 더 이상 지원되지 않습니다.** 모든 CAKE 보유자는 개별적으로 투표해야 합니다.

* 제안 유형
  1. 코어 제안

     * **PancakeSwap 코어 팀**만 제안할 수 있습니다.
     * CAKE 보유자의 투표가 필요합니다.
     * 통과되면 PancakeSwap 팀이 구현합니다.

     예시

     1. 프로토콜 조정(제품 변경, 수수료 변경)
     2. 이전 제안에서 다루지 않은 생태계 성장 자금의 중요한 사용
  2. 커뮤니티 제안
     * **커뮤니티** 제안은 PancakeSwap 커뮤니티가 게시합니다. 아이디어를 제안하고 커뮤니티의 관점을 표현하는 데 사용됩니다. 이는 커뮤니티의 **구속력 없는 제안**입니다.
     * \*\*100,000 CAKE(스냅샷 잔액)\*\*를 보유한 사람이면 누구나 제출할 수 있습니다.
     * PancakeSwap 팀은 우수한 제안을 향후 코어 제안에 채택할 수 있습니다.
     * 커뮤니티 구성원은 [포럼](https://forum.pancakeswap.finance/)을 활용하여 프로토콜에 대한 피드백과 제안을 할 수도 있습니다.

### **3. 투표 기간 (변경 없음)**

* 모든 CAKE 보유자는 각 제안의 **투표 기간 중에** 투표할 수 있습니다.
  * 커뮤니티 제안: 3일로 고정
  * 코어 제안: 가변, PancakeSwap이 설정
* 투표권은 **제안이 게시된 블록에서의 CAKE 잔액 스냅샷**으로 결정됩니다.
* **제안이 게시된 후 CAKE를 더 추가해도** 해당 투표의 **투표권은 늘어나지 않습니다**.

### **4. 투표 결과 (변경 없음)**

* 결과는 **총 투표 수**(투표에 사용된 총 CAKE)를 기준으로 합니다.
* 제안이 통과되기 위한 **최소 정족수는 현재 없습니다**.

## 참고: 거부권

프로토콜을 보호하기 위해 **PancakeSwap 코어 팀은 보안 위협이나 플랫폼의 안정적인 운영에 영향을 미치는 문제와 같은 중대한 상황에서 개입할 권리를 보유합니다**. 이 경우 **커뮤니티 투표나 Snapshot 투표는 필요하지 않습니다**.

거부권 행사 조치가 취해지는 경우 코어 팀은 해당 결정에 대한 **명확한 설명을 공개적으로 공유**합니다.

**가능한 거부권 행사 조치는 다음과 같습니다.**

1. 긴급 버그나 취약점을 수정하기 위해 **스마트 컨트랙트를 일시적으로 중지**.
