#### 역량 및 자격 요건

* 암호화폐/DeFi/DEX 및 금융 서비스/제품 분야 경력 3년 이상.
* 다음을 포함한 제품 개발 전 과정에 대한 경험:
  * 시장 조사를 수행하고 잠재적인 제품 활용 사례를 발굴합니다.
  * 다른 이해관계자의 요구 사항과 아이디어를 완성된 디자인으로 구체화합니다.
  * 와이어프레임으로 사용자 흐름을 시각화하고 디자인이 UI/UX를 완성하도록 지원합니다.
  * 개발 팀이 제품을 만들 수 있도록 지원하고 함께 일합니다.
  * QA 팀과 함께 제품 이슈를 해결합니다.
  * 마케팅 팀과 GTM 전략 및 캠페인을 계획합니다.
