* 제품, 튜토리얼, 마케팅 목적의 매력적인 인터랙션 디자인과 영상을 제작하여 다양한 DeFi 사용자에게 몰입감 있는 모션 경험을 제공합니다. (2D 또는 3D 모션 효과 모두 포함)
* 모션 그래픽과 인터랙티브 아이콘을 포함해 매끄러운 사용자 인터랙션을 향상시키는 인터랙티브 요소를 개발합니다.
* 마케팅, 프로덕트 운영, 비즈니스 개발 팀과 효과적으로 협업하여 디자인 이니셔티브를 추진하고 일관된 브랜드 비전을 유지합니다.
* 마케팅 팀과의 스토리보드 협업부터 시각 효과 후반 작업까지 모션 디자인을 책임지고, 프로젝트 목표에 부합하는 높은 품질의 결과물을 제공합니다.
* 업계 트렌드를 꾸준히 파악하여 디자인을 혁신적이고 시의성 있게 유지합니다.

### 요구 사항

* 오디언스와 콘텐츠 중심의 강한 사고방식.
* 일반적인 수준의 영어 말하기 및 쓰기 능력.
* After Effects, 3D 디자인 도구, AI 기반 도구 등 모션 디자인 도구에 능숙. Figma 사용 경험.
* 모션 디자이너로서 정규직 경력 3년 이상.
