### 역할 및 책임:

* 2D와 3D 비주얼 모두로 브랜드를 위한 캐릭터와 그래픽을 디자인하고 개발합니다.
* 브랜드 전반의 시각적 일관성을 유지합니다.
* 배너, 인포그래픽, 목업, 이벤트 홍보물 등 마케팅 팀이 요구하는 시각 자산을 제작합니다.
* 마케팅 이벤트 자료의 디자인 프로세스를 책임지고, 인쇄에 최적화된 디자인을 보장합니다.
* 마케팅, 프로덕트 운영, 비즈니스 개발 팀과 효과적으로 협업하여 디자인 이니셔티브를 추진하고 통일된 브랜드 비전을 유지합니다.

### 요구 사항

* 디자인 도구: 일관되고 품질 높은 비주얼을 만들 수 있는 도구(예: Adobe Creative Suite, 3D 디자인 도구, Figma, 또는 AI 디자인 도구)에 능숙해야 합니다.
* 경력: 브랜드/그래픽 디자이너로서 정규직 경력 3년 이상.

### 우대 사항:

* 오디언스와 콘텐츠 중심의 강한 사고방식.
* 핀테크 앱 또는 PancakeSwap 제품 사용 경험 / 암호화폐 및 Web3에 대한 이해.
