DeFi 分野でアクティブに活動し、DeFi 製品とキャンペーンのリリースに意欲的なプロダクトマーケティングマネージャーを募集しています。本ポジションでは、DeFi および DEX の仕組みへの深い理解と、迅速かつ効果的に実行する能力が必要です。

チームをまたいで働くことが好きで、DeFi コミュニティが盛り上がるポイントを知っており、製品キャンペーンのリリース経験がある方のご連絡をお待ちしています。

**主な責任：**

* PancakeSwap の製品全体（DEX、流動性など）における製品メッセージングを担当する
* ユーザー獲得、取引量、製品採用を促進する製品マーケティングキャンペーンを作成・実行する。
* 製品ナラティブ、発表、キャンペーンロールアウトを作成する製品および GTM ローンチをリードする
* 製品の機能をすべてのユーザーに向けた明確で説得力のあるメッセージに変換する
* TVL、ユーザーリテンション、取引量などのパフォーマンスを追跡し、データに基づいてキャンペーンを調整する
* プロダクトマネージャー、ビジネスデベロップメントマネージャー、データアナリスト、広いマーケティングチームと緊密に連携し、成功した整合性のある製品ローンチを実現する。

**必要要件：**

* プロダクトマーケティングの役割での経験 2 年以上
* 暗号資産、DeFi、または Web3 での勤務経験 2 年以上
* 製品および製品キャンペーンのローンチの実績
* Dune、Google Analytics 等のツールの使用経験を持つ分析的思考力
* 強い英文・英語口頭スキル
* DeFi カルチャーを知り、コミュニティが好む内容やどのようなコンテンツが刺さるかを理解している
* 結果志向のマインドセットで高速な環境での業務を楽しめること
