#### スキルと資格

* 暗号資産 / DeFi / DEX および金融サービス / 製品の経験 3 年以上。
* 製品開発のフルフロー経験、以下を含む：
  * 市場調査を実施し、潜在的な製品ユースケースを特定する。
  * 他のステークホルダーからの要件やアイデアを完全なデザインに変換する。
  * ワイヤーフレームでユーザーフローを視覚化し、デザインが UI/UX を完成させるのを支援する。
  * 開発チームと協力して製品を構築する。
  * QA チームと協力して製品の問題を解決する。
  * マーケティングチームと GTM 戦略およびキャンペーンを計画する。
  * パートナーの外部メンバーと調整する。
  * オペレーションチームが製品デプロイを実施するのを支援する。
  * データチームと共にデータを分析して製品体験を改善する。
* 必要に応じて情報を収集し、重要な決定を下すために他のステークホルダーに選択肢を提示する。
* リモートで自律的に作業し、高い自主性を発揮できること。
