### 役割と責任：

* 製品、チュートリアル、マーケティング目的のための魅力的なインタラクションデザインと動画を制作し、多様な DeFi オーディエンスに向けた没入感のあるモーション体験を提供する（2D・3D モーションエフェクトの両方）。
* モーショングラフィックスやインタラクティブなアイコンを含む、シームレスなユーザーインタラクションを強化するインタラクティブ要素を開発する。
* マーケティング、プロダクトオペレーション、ビジネスデベロップメントチームと効果的に連携し、デザインイニシアティブを推進しながら統一されたブランドビジョンを維持する。
* マーケティングチームとのストーリーボード協力から視覚効果のポスト制作まで、モーションデザインの全工程を担当し、プロジェクト目標との整合性を確保し高品質な成果を提供する。
* 業界のトレンドを把握し、デザインを革新的かつ関連性のある状態に保つ。

### 必要要件

* オーディエンスとコンテンツを重視する強い思考力。
* 標準的な英語の口頭・文章スキル。
* After Effects、3D デザインツール、または AI ベースのツールなどのモーションデザインツールへの習熟。Figma の経験。
* モーションデザイナーとしてのフルタイム勤務経験 3 年以上。

### あると望ましいこと：

* フィンテックアプリ、PancakeSwap 製品への知見、または暗号資産 / Web3 分野での経験。
* 分散したチームでの就業経験。
