暗号資産メディア、PR、イベント管理のエキスパートであるマーケティングマネージャーを募集しています。PancakeSwap と広いマーケットをつなぐ橋渡し役として、ブランドのナラティブを形成し、トップメディアへの掲載を獲得し、世界の主要な暗号資産イベントでのアクティベーションをリードしていただきます。

### 主な責任：

* 主要なグローバル暗号資産イベントやカンファレンスにおけるマーケティングアクティベーションを企画・実行する。
* 製品ローンチ、発表、ソートリーダーシップ記事のために、トップ暗号資産メディアへのピッチを行い、掲載を獲得する。
* ソーシャル、コンテンツ、デザインチームと連携し、一貫したブランディングを確保し、すべてのメディアおよびイベントイニシアティブのインパクトを最大化する。
* メディア掲載を追跡し、パフォーマンス指標を監視し、PR とイベント活動についてレポートする。
* DeFi および広い Web3 エコシステムのメディア、イベント主催者、主要なオピニオンリーダーとの関係を構築・維持する。

### 必要要件

* 暗号資産、DeFi、または Web3 分野での PR とイベントマーケティングの経験 2 年以上
* 業界イベントでのインパクトの高いブランドアクティベーションの企画・実行の実績
* 暗号資産メディアへのピッチと掲載獲得の成功実績
* ブランドコミュニケーションとメディア素材のための強いコンテンツライティングスキル
* 優れた英文・英語口頭スキル
