PancakeSwap のチームに加わる意欲的で経験豊富なコミュニティリードを募集しています。このリモートフルタイムポジションでは、特にアジアとヨーロッパへの展開に重点を置きながら、グローバルコミュニティ戦略を形成・推進するエキサイティングな機会が提供されます。コミュニティリードとして、アンバサダープログラムを主導し、コミュニティチャネル全体でのエンゲージメントを強化し、主要なイベントや公開フォーラムで PancakeSwap を代表します。理想的な候補者は、DeFi 環境への深い理解、優れたバイリンガルのコミュニケーションスキル、そしてコミュニティ管理における実績を持つ方です。

## 主な責任：

* アジアおよびヨーロッパでのエンゲージメントとプレゼンスの強化に焦点を当てた、PancakeSwap の包括的なグローバルコミュニティ戦略を策定・実行する。
* アンバサダーを採用・トレーニング・サポートし、コンテンツ制作、交流会、イベントを通じて PancakeSwap のグローバルプレゼンスを拡大するアンバサダープログラムを主導・拡大する。
* PancakeSwap の主要な広報担当者として、AMA、カンファレンス、その他の公開スピーキングの場でチームを代表する。
* 世界各地でのミートアップ、ワークショップ、その他のコミュニティイベントを企画・調整する。必要に応じてイベントへの参加・サポートのために出張する。
* Telegram、Discord、その他の関連プラットフォームなどのコミュニティチャネルの成長とエンゲージメントを促進する。
* ローカルのコンテンツクリエーターやインフルエンサーと連携し、PancakeSwap のブランドと目標に合致した魅力的で関連性の高いコンテンツを制作する。

## スキルと資格：

* マーケティング、コミュニケーション、ジャーナリズム、または関連分野の学士号。
* アジアとヨーロッパに強く焦点を当てた、暗号資産コミュニティ管理の経験 3 年以上。
* 英語と中国語の流暢なスキル（話し言葉・書き言葉の両方）。追加言語はプラス。
* DeFi、degen マーケティング戦略、および暗号資産エコシステム全体への深い理解。
* グローバルなオーディエンスを引きつけ、モチベートする優れた口頭・文章コミュニケーションスキル。
* 高速な環境で複数のプロジェクトを管理し、締め切りを守る能力。
