# ブランド / グラフィックデザイナー

### 役割と責任：

* ブランドのキャラクターおよびグラフィックを 2D・3D ビジュアルの両方でデザイン・開発する。
* ブランド全体のビジュアルの一貫性を確保する。
* バナー、インフォグラフィック、モックアップ、イベント用素材など、マーケティングチームの要件をサポートするビジュアルアセットを制作する。
* マーケティングイベント素材のデザインプロセスを主導し、印刷に最適化されたデザインを確保する。
* マーケティング、プロダクトオペレーション、ビジネスデベロップメントの各チームと効果的に連携し、デザインイニシアティブを推進しながら統一されたブランドビジョンを維持する。

### 必須要件

* デザインツール：高品質で一貫したビジュアルを制作できるツールの習熟（例：Adobe Creative Suite、3D デザインツール、Figma、AI デザインツールなど）
* 経験：ブランド / グラフィックデザイナーとしてのフルタイム勤務経験 3 年以上

### あると望ましいこと：

* オーディエンスとコンテンツを重視する強い思考力。
* フィンテックアプリや PancakeSwap 製品の使用経験、または暗号資産 / Web3 への知見。
* 印刷物やグッズのデザインアセット・素材の取り扱い経験は大きなプラス。
* 分散したチームでの就業経験。
