# フレキシブルステーキングオプションの使い方

1\. [こちら](https://pancakeswap.finance/pools)からPoolsページにアクセスします。

2\. 右上の**接続**ボタンをクリックして、BNB Smart Chain対応のウォレットに接続します。

3\. ウォレットを選択して接続します。

4\. CAKE シロッププールを選択して**有効にする**ボタンをクリックします。ウォレットでアクションの確認が求められます。

5\. **有効にする**ボタンが**柔軟**とロックに切り替わります。ボタンをクリックしてステーキングメニューを開きます。

6\. 柔軟ステーキングを行うには**柔軟**を押します。新しいウィンドウが表示されたら、ステーキングするCAKEの量を入力して**確認**をクリックし、ウォレットでトランザクションを承認してください。

より多くのCAKEを獲得するために柔軟ステーキングを固定期間ステーキングに変換したいですか？**ロックに変換**をクリックしてCAKEをロックする期間を選択するだけです。
