# FAQ Bridge Wormhole

#### Wormhole explorer

Nella pagina di stato del Bridge. Puoi vedere un link che ti porterà alla tua transazione sul Wormhole Explorer. Quando la transazione sulla chain di origine è stata completata ma non ancora verificata da Wormhole, lo stato della tua transazione apparirà così:

L'opzione "find redeem" è un metodo alternativo che puoi seguire per completare la transazione sulla chain di destinazione. Puoi usare questo metodo nel caso in cui il Wormhole Bridge si blocchi o non riesca ad aggiornare lo stato della transazione Bridge. Per riscattare la transazione clicca prima il pulsante di riscatto

Verrà quindi mostrata questa opzione per riprendere la transazione. Cliccaci sopra per essere reindirizzato al forum (link nella prossima domanda) dove puoi completare la transazione di riscatto.<br>

### D: Ho inviato token a \<chain> - i token non sono arrivati nel mio portafoglio di destinazione, ma hanno lasciato il mio portafoglio di origine. Devi a) riscattarli, o, se il riscatto è già avvenuto con successo, b) aggiungerli al tuo portafoglio:

**a) Riscatto:**

* Vai su <https://portalbridge.com/#/redeem>
* Devi inserire la tua chain di origine e il corrispondente ID transazione (che puoi trovare nel tuo portafoglio, o con il tuo indirizzo nell'esploratore della blockchain)

* Clicca su Redeem e accetta l'approvazione del portafoglio

**b) Aggiungerli al tuo portafoglio:**

* Nella scheda degli asset di MetaMask, clicca su importa token
* L'indirizzo del contratto si trova nella transazione sul rilevante esploratore di blocchi, cliccando sul nome del token. Quando clicchi il nome del token, si aprirà una nuova finestra e l'indirizzo del contratto è sul lato destro nel riepilogo del profilo.
* Avrai anche bisogno di un simbolo - può essere qualsiasi cosa con cui vuoi identificare il token.
* Clicca su aggiungi token personalizzato

### Ho fatto il Bridge del token X ma ora non riesco a scambiarlo. Hai fatto il Bridge di un token che non ha liquidità sulla chain di destinazione. Dovrai usare Portal Bridge per fare il Bridge indietro. Puoi farlo incollando l'indirizzo del contratto del token (che puoi trovare nel tuo portafoglio o con il tuo indirizzo nell'esploratore della blockchain) nel campo di ricerca "seleziona un token" di Portal.
