#### Le tue Responsabilità

* Collaborare con gli stakeholder interni (lead, design, dev, bd, marketing, qa, dati, ops) per costruire i futuri prodotti PancakeSwap da 0 a 1

#### Competenze e Qualifiche

* 3+ anni di esperienza in Crypto/DeFi/DEX e servizi/prodotti finanziari.
* Esperienza nel flusso completo dello sviluppo del prodotto, incluso:
  * Condurre ricerche di mercato e identificare potenziali casi d'uso del prodotto.
  * Trasformare i requisiti e le idee degli altri stakeholder in design completi.
  * Visualizzare il flusso utente con wireframe e assistere il design nel completare UI/UX.
  * Assistere e lavorare con il team di sviluppo per costruire il prodotto.
  * Risolvere i problemi del prodotto con il team qa.
  * Pianificare strategie e campagne GTM con il team marketing.
  * Coordinare con i membri esterni dei partner.
  * Aiutare il team ops nel deployment del prodotto.
  * Analizzare i dati e migliorare l'esperienza del prodotto con il team dati.
* Raccogliere informazioni, fornire opzioni agli altri stakeholder per prendere decisioni critiche quando necessario.
* Capace di lavorare in remoto, in autonomia con grande iniziativa personale.

#### Preferibile avere

* Background tecnico di blockchain e Web3. (per assistere il team di sviluppo nella pianificazione anticipata durante la progettazione dei prodotti. Pensa nei limiti della blockchain, ma pensa fuori dagli schemi per le soluzioni)
* Competenze per l'analisi approfondita della blockchain, debug delle transazioni (per assistere meglio qa e ops)
* Competenze Figma (per costruire mockup eleganti in autonomia con un design system)
* Mandarino (per comunicare con alcuni altri coniglietti talentuosi)
