# Motion / Interaction Designer

### Ruolo e Responsabilità:

* Creare interaction design e video coinvolgenti per prodotti, tutorial e scopi di marketing, offrendo esperienze motion coinvolgenti per un pubblico DeFi diversificato. (sia in effetti motion 2D che 3D)
* Sviluppare elementi interattivi per migliorare le interazioni utente fluide, inclusi motion graphics e icone interattive.
* Collaborare efficacemente con i team di marketing, operazioni di prodotto e business development per guidare le iniziative di design e mantenere una visione del brand coesa.
* Gestire il motion design in autonomia, dallo storyboard in collaborazione con il team marketing alla post-produzione degli effetti visivi; garantire l'allineamento con gli obiettivi del progetto e consegnare risultati di alta qualità.
* Rimanere aggiornato sulle tendenze del settore per mantenere i design innovativi e rilevanti.

### Requisiti

* Forte orientamento al pubblico e ai contenuti.
* Buone capacità comunicative verbali e scritte in inglese.
* Competenza negli strumenti di motion design come After Effects, strumenti di design 3D o strumenti basati su AI. Esperienza con Figma.
* Minimo 3 anni di esperienza full-time come Motion Designer.

### Preferibile avere:

* Familiarità con app fintech, prodotti PancakeSwap o esperienza nello spazio crypto/Web3.
* Esperienza precedente di lavoro in team distribuiti.
