### Le tue Responsabilità

* Coordinare con i partner per garantire una pipeline sana di Farm/Syrup Pool e IFO.
* Esaminare e condurre la due diligence sui progetti che fanno domanda per Farm/Syrup Pool e IFO.
* Collaborare con i team dei progetti per esplorare potenziali opportunità di partnership.
* Gestire le questioni operative relative ai prodotti PancakeSwap.
* Implementare le best practice tra il team di business development e il team più ampio.
* Esaminare gli ultimi sviluppi nello spazio crypto e esplorare nuove linee di business.

### Competenze e Qualifiche

* 2+ anni di esperienza in un ruolo di business development e/o finanza aziendale.
* Solida comprensione dello spazio delle criptovalute, in particolare DeFi.
* Capacità di parlare, leggere e scrivere in inglese in modo fluente.
* Capacità comunicative e di condurre conversazioni efficaci con i team di progetto.
* Proattivo nel tenersi aggiornato sulle ultime tendenze nello spazio blockchain/crypto.
* Grande attenzione ai dettagli nell'analisi dei progetti.
* Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di innovare.
* Capace di gestire situazioni di alta pressione e un ambiente di lavoro frenetico.

### Preferibile avere

* Fluente in una seconda lingua.
* Laurea triennale in Finanza, Contabilità o aree correlate.
* Esperienza con smart contract e Solidity.
