# Business Development Manager (AMM)

PancakeSwap sta passando dall'essere il principale AMM DEX su BNB Chain a un vero e proprio Liquidity Hub — aggregando e gestendo la liquidità da pool AMM nativi, capitale istituzionale e canali di distribuzione esterni. Questo ruolo guida una delle tre divisioni BD specializzate in questa costruzione.

### Traditional AMM

* Gestire l'efficienza delle emissioni di CAKE, l'onboarding dei progetti (V2/V3/Infinity CLAMM) e la pipeline cross-chain launchpad su BNB Chain, Base e SOL.
* Metrica principale: volume per unità di CAKE emessa.
* Secondaria: nuovi pool attivi per trimestre, progetti al primo lancio per chain.

### Cosa farai

### Cosa stiamo cercando

**Requisiti**

* 3+ anni di BD, partnership o crescita in DeFi, crypto o fintech — con un track record di accordi conclusi, non solo di pipeline
* Mentalità quantitativa: capacità di leggere dati on-chain, dashboard TVL/volume e definire i propri obiettivi KPI dai principi fondamentali
* Familiarità con AMM/uniswap/Pancakeswap V2 V3 Infinity
* Autonomo e strutturato: capace di gestire più trattative parallele senza supervisione e di comunicare gli ostacoli tempestivamente
* Mentalità di ownership
