# Brand / Graphics Designer

### Ruolo e Responsabilità:

* Progettare e sviluppare personaggi e grafiche per il nostro brand sia in visuale 2D che 3D.
* Garantire la coerenza visiva del brand.
* Creare asset visivi a supporto delle esigenze del team Marketing, inclusi banner, infografiche, mockup, materiali per eventi e altro.
* Gestire il processo di design per i materiali degli eventi di marketing, assicurandosi che i design siano ottimizzati per la stampa.
* Collaborare efficacemente con i team di marketing, operazioni di prodotto e business development per guidare le iniziative di design e mantenere una visione del brand unificata.

### Requisiti

* Strumenti di design: Competenza negli strumenti che creano visual coerenti e di alta qualità (es. Adobe Creative Suite, strumenti di design 3D, Figma, o anche strumenti di design basati su AI).
* Esperienza: Minimo 3 anni di esperienza full-time come Brand/Graphics Designer.

### Preferibile avere:

* Forte orientamento al pubblico e ai contenuti.
* Esperienza nell'utilizzo di app fintech o prodotti PancakeSwap / familiarità con crypto / Web3.
* Esperienza nella gestione di asset di design e materiali per stampa e merchandise è un grande plus.
* Esperienza di lavoro in team distribuiti.
