# Designer Motion / Interaction

### Rôles & Responsabilités :

* Créer des designs d'interaction et des vidéos percutants pour les produits, tutoriels et besoins marketing, en offrant des expériences motion engageantes à un public DeFi diversifié. (en effets de motion 2D ou 3D)
* Développer des éléments interactifs pour enrichir les interactions utilisateur, notamment des motion graphics et des icônes interactives.
* Collaborer efficacement avec les équipes marketing, opérations produit et développement commercial pour faire avancer les initiatives design et maintenir une vision de marque cohérente.
* Piloter la conception motion, du storyboard en collaboration avec l'équipe marketing jusqu'à la post-production des effets visuels ; garantir l'alignement avec les objectifs du projet et livrer des résultats de haute qualité.
* Rester informé(e) des tendances du secteur pour maintenir des designs innovants et pertinents.

### Exigences

* Forte orientation audience et contenu.
* Compétences standard en anglais écrit et oral.
* Maîtrise des outils de motion design tels qu'After Effects, les outils de design 3D ou les outils basés sur l'IA. Expérience avec Figma.
* Minimum 3 ans d'expérience à temps plein en tant que Motion Designer.

### Atouts supplémentaires :

* Familiarité avec les applications fintech, les produits PancakeSwap ou expérience dans l'espace crypto/Web3.
* Expérience préalable au sein d'équipes distribuées.
