# Preguntas frecuentes del puente Wormhole

#### Explorador de Wormhole

En la página de estado del puente, puedes ver un enlace que te llevará a tu transacción en el Explorador de Wormhole. Cuando tu transacción de la cadena de origen se ha completado pero aún no ha sido verificada por Wormhole, el estado de tu transacción se verá así:

La opción "find redeem" es un método alternativo que puedes seguir para completar tu transacción en la cadena de destino. Puedes usar este método en caso de que el puente Wormhole se detenga o no actualice el estado de tu transacción de puente. Para canjear tu transacción, primero haz clic en el botón de canjear.

Necesitas ya sea a) canjearlos, o, si el canje ya fue exitoso, b) agregarlos a tu billetera:

**a) Canjear:**

* Ve a <https://portalbridge.com/#/redeem>
* Necesitas ingresar tu cadena de origen y el ID de transacción correspondiente (que puedes encontrar en tu billetera o con tu dirección en el explorador de la blockchain)

* Haz clic en Recover
* Haz clic en Redeem y acepta la aprobación de la billetera

**b) Agregarlos a tu billetera:**

* En la pestaña de activos de Metamask, haz clic en importar tokens
* La dirección del contrato se puede encontrar en la transacción del explorador de bloques relevante haciendo clic en el nombre del token. Al hacer clic en el nombre del token, se abrirá una nueva ventana y la dirección del contrato estará en el lado derecho en el resumen del perfil.
* También necesitarás un símbolo; puede ser cualquier nombre con el que quieras identificar el token.
* Haz clic en agregar token personalizado

### Puenteé el token X pero ahora no puedo intercambiarlo. Puenteaste un token que no tiene liquidez en la cadena de destino. Deberás usar el puente Portal para puentearlo de vuelta. Puedes hacer esto pegando la dirección del contrato del token (que puedes encontrar en tu billetera o con tu dirección en el explorador de la blockchain) en el campo de búsqueda "select a token" de Portal.
