Ve a <https://pancakeswap.finance/cake-staking?chain=bsc> y conecta tu wallet. Ten en cuenta que el staking de veCAKE sólo está disponible en BNB Chain.

## Elige el monto y duración del bloqueo

A la izquierda, puedes ingresar la cantidad de CAKE que quieres bloquear.

A la derecha, puedes elegir la duración a la que bloquear tus CAKE. La duración de bloqueo mínima es de una semana, y la máxima ahora se extiende a 4 años.

Para seleccionar la duración del bloqueo de forma rápida, use los botones para elegir entre: 1 semana, 1 mes, 6 meses, 1 año y 4 años.

## Apruebe el gasto de CAKE y comience a bloquear

Una vez confirmado, haga clic en "Bloquear CAKE" para continuar. Aparecerá un modal de carga. Y su billetera debería solicitarle que confirme el gasto de CAKE. Confirma la transacción en la billetera para continuar.&#x20;

Después de que se ejecute la transacción de aprobación del gasto de CAKE. Debería aparecer otra ventana emergente de billetera. Confirme esa transacción para bloquear CAKE y obtener veCAKE.&#x20;
