# 如何添加 / 移除流动性（SOL）

“流动性”是 PancakeSwap 交易所运作的核心。您可以通过在流动性页面质押交易对中的两种代币来为任何代币对添加流动性。

作为添加流动性的回报，您将获得该交易对的交易手续费以及农场奖励（如适用）。

PancakeSwap V3 让您能够提供**集中流动性**——这意味着您可以选择您的流动性处于活跃状态的价格区间。这让您能够更好地控制和高效利用您的资金。

## 添加流动性

您可以通过两种方式添加流动性：

* **选项 1：** 添加到现有资金池
* **选项 2：** 向您已创建的头寸添加更多代币

### 选项 1：添加到现有资金池

#### 步骤 1：前往资金池列表页面

在这里您将看到 Solana 上所有活跃的 V3 资金池。

#### 步骤 2：使用筛选器查找您的资金池

您可以使用页面顶部的筛选器来：

* **搜索**特定的代币对<br>

如果您的资金池在创建后未立即出现，请耐心等待最多 5 分钟。随着兑换在资金池中进行，TVL、交易量、手续费和 APR 统计数据大约每 15 分钟更新一次。

#### 步骤 3：选择您想要添加流动性的方式

您可以通过以下任一方式开始：

* 点击资金池卡片上的\*\*“Deposit”\*\*（存入）<br>

#### 步骤 4：设置您的价格区间

由于这是一个 V3 资金池，您需要为您的流动性选择一个价格区间：

* 使用**快速预设区间**（例如 +- 25%）或设置自定义区间<br>

### 选项 2：向现有头寸添加更多流动性

#### 步骤 1：前往“My Positions”（我的头寸）

在这里您将看到您所有活跃的 V3 流动性头寸。

这让您能够向当前价格区间添加更多代币。

## 移除流动性

您可以直接从 **My Positions**（我的头寸）选项卡中，从您任何活跃的头寸中移除流动性。

#### 1. 前往 **My Positions**（我的头寸）

#### 2. 选择您想要移除流动性的头寸

点击头寸旁边的\*\*“−”\*\*图标。

#### 3. 输入您想要移除的数量

您可以选择：

* 手动输入代币数量
* **或者**使用**滑块**选择当前头寸的百分比

#### 4.（可选）移除流动性后保持头寸开启

如果您在移除**100%流动性时选择“Keep my position open”**（保持我的头寸开启）：

* 您的代币将被提取
* 但该头寸的历史记录和您原始的价格区间仍将在 **My Positions**（我的头寸）下**保持可见**

如果您希望**完全关闭头寸**，包括其价格区间显示：

* 点击\*\*“X”\*\*图标

#### 5. 重复使用同一价格区间

您之后也可以按照首次添加流动性时的相同步骤，向同一价格区间**添加更多流动性**。
