#### 概述

veCAKE 持有者持有在 PancakeSwap 的治理系统中的投票权。以下都是治理范围内的议题（topic）：

1. \[核心（Core）] 较大的 CAKE 产出调整（将 CAKE 分配给核心流动性池和其他对平台整体有较大影响的类别）
2. \[核心（Core）] 协议内部的调整（产品变更，各种费用变更）
3. \[核心（Core）] 多链及交易量激励储备金支出
4. 定期对 gauge 进行投票（gauge voting）（每 2 周）

核心提案必须经 veCAKE 持有者投票来决定通过与否，但此类议题只能由 PancakeSwap 核心团队提出，

核心提案的结果将由 PancakeSwap 团队执行。

社区提案由 PancakeSwap 社区发布。这些建议用于提出想法和表达社区观点。PancakeSwap 团队会将社区大力支持的好点子或设计纳入核心提案。社区成员也可以利用我们的[论坛](https://forum.pancakeswap.finance/)提供反馈并向协议提出建议。

#### 否决权（Veto）

PancakeSwap 核心团队拥有否决权，可以在涉及协议的安全性或正常运行时，采取纠正措施，而无需先行经过快照投票。一旦发生任何行使否决权的行动，PancakeSwap 核心团队将提出解释。

前述行动可能包括但不限于以下内容：

1. 在修复协议的重大错误时暂停相关智能合约
2. 如果涉及的代币被认为不安全、具备恶意 且/或 对 PancakeSwap 生态系统有害，将会否决已投票通过的项目 Gauge&#x20;
