### 技能和资质：

* 5年以上软件工程行业经验。 
* 理解并应用 Solidity 模式来解决常见问题。 
* 了解gas优化在高效代码和可读代码之间的权衡。 
* 知道如何编写迁移并将代码部署到与 EVM 兼容的网络。
* 熟悉 Truffle、Waffle 和 Hardhat，以及各个框架的优缺点。 特别熟悉 Hardhat，因为这是 PancakeSwap 使用的框架。 
* 具有非凡的判断力、解决问题的能力和分析思维。 
* 了解工程最佳实践，例如持续集成。 
* 能够跳出您的舒适区工作，有自驱力，懂得自我激励
