### 技能和资质 

* 2 年以上业务开发和/或企业融资工作经验。 
* 非常了解加密货币领域，尤其是对于 DeFi。 
* 具有流利的英语听说读写能力。 
* 表达能力强，能够与项目团队进行有效沟通。 
* 主动了解区块链/加密货币领域的最新趋势。 
* 分析项目时能够特别注重细节。 
* 具有独立工作和创新的能力。 
* 能够承受高压力和快节奏的工作环境。
