## Position Managers Sunset

**Overview**\
Position Managers on PancakeSwap—**Bril, Defiedge, Teahouse, Range, and Alpaca**—were integrated third-party vault strategies that automatically managed V3 liquidity positions. They helped optimize liquidity placement, rebalance ranges, and reduce the need for manual position management.

**What’s changing?**\
As part of product streamlining, Position Managers will be retired from the PancakeSwap interface.

**Key dates**

* **May 21, 2025, 08:00 UTC** – Deposits into Position Manager vaults via PancakeSwap will be disabled. Withdrawals remain available.
* **June 21, 2025, 08:00 UTC** – Final deadline to withdraw via the main interface. After this, the feature will be removed from the main UI, but withdrawals will still be possible through [**pancakeswap.finance/position-managers**](https://pancakeswap.finance/position-managers).

**After the sunset date**

* No new deposits will be possible via PancakeSwap’s interface.
* Withdrawals will only be available through [**pancakeswap.finance/position-managers**](https://pancakeswap.finance/position-managers)
* As position managers may not actively manage your positions, vaults may shift to wide, unmanaged ranges. Please withdraw your positions to prevent any potential rebalancing losses.

**What should you do?**

* Withdraw assets from Position Manager vaults before **June 21, 2025** to maintain full control.
* After withdrawal, you can manage your V3 liquidity manually on PancakeSwap
